I don’t use white table salt anymore.
The overly processed stuff isn’t something I want in my food. There’s a better option: pink Himalayan salt.
It’s real salt. Full of trace minerals. You can taste the difference.
But it’s not just about taste. Friends and family who’ve made the switch say they feel lighter, clearer, more balanced after meals.
There’s talk that it helps the body do a bit of spring cleaning. Apparently it supports the spleen, the liver, even the pancreas. It gets things moving, helps the blood do what it’s supposed to do.
You don’t need a lot, just a pinch. Enough to season your food without dulling it. Once you try it, you’ll wonder why you ever used anything else.
