Free shipping policy
We are now accepting orders from all Canadian provinces, the contiguous United States, United Kingdom, and Mexico. We expect to announce shortly that we will be accepting orders from other countries.
BioClair offers free standard shipping for all eligible orders.
Tracking numbers are provided free of charge with every Canadian shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel orders originating from outside our normal geographic service area, such as those areas having postal codes starting with X or Y. Further, we reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for any reason.
Orders originating outside of Canada, the US, the UK or Mexico, please inquire at email@example.com, providing your name, full address and your order request.
International orders may be subject to local levies on delivery, depending on the laws in the jurisdiction. These potential levies are paid by the purchaser. BioClair does not collect these levies.
At BioClair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
All unopened products in resalable condition may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of invoice date.
Please contact a Customer Service Representative at firstname.lastname@example.org for an Authorized Return Number. This number, as well as the original invoice, must be included with your return. BioClair does not accept packages posted COD by recipient. If your original order included free shipping, the cost of original shipping may be deducted from your refund total if your order no longer qualifies for free shipping after an item return. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. BioClair reserves the right to approve or reject returns.
If you received the wrong order or an opened item, please contact our Customer Service team by email at email@example.com as soon as possible for a resolution.

How Do I Make a Return?
Please follow these steps to make a return:
Contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com for an Authorized Return Number. Then, ship all items for return along with the original invoice and Authorized Return Number to:

* To ensure packages are safely delivered, a tracking service is highly recommended. Please note BioClair cannot be held responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.
- Our Customer Service team will contact you once the package has been received and all contents have been processed. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit instead.
Lost, Damaged, or Wrong Shipment
If you’ve received a damaged or wrong shipment, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that we can rectify the mistake.
If you have not received your shipment after 20 business days of ordering, your shipment may be lost. Please check the tracking number provided with your order, or contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com for a resolution.
