White Table Salt Disease States

In the last 50 years, consumption of white table salt among the North American population has greatly contributed to the following disease states: 

  • high blood pressure (the top disease state)
  • vascular disease causing blood clots
  • shrinking of arteries that carry blood to the kidneys, that eventually leads to kidney failure and much more.

Your body needs salt.  To make a decision to not have salt is not a good idea.  Your body needs good, unprocessed salt, like Himalayan salt or sea salt.
